Our customers are of great importance to us.
Because of this, we try our best to respond to your e-mails within 24 hours.
If for some reason we are not able to get back to you this quickly, please
bear with us, and keep in mind that we are a home based business.
Family and appointments can sometimes interupt our life at home,
so we deeply apologize for any waiting you may encounter.

Please call or e-mail any inquiries, questions or concerns to us about
your order, and we will try accomodate you as best we can.
Customer satisfaction is important to us.

Payment

Our website accepts VISA and MC via Paypal through our shopping cart.
If you prefer to pay and order in person please call between 5-9pm
 and we will gladly accept your order.
Please Note: Any cheques received must be cleared before your
items can be shipped out to you or picked up.

Taxes

All orders are taxed according to our Canadian guidelines.
Orders shipped in Ontario may include PST depending on which items you are purchasing.
Baby shoes, baby clothes, cloth diapers, and diaper covers, are ALL PST exempt.
We also do not apply taxes to gift certificates, or orders shipped out of Canada.
Taxes are calculated at checkout, based on the parcels destination.

Shoppers based outside of Canada are responsible for duties charged
at customs, as well as any additional taxes.

Shipping

All orders will be charged according to prices shown below.
Any items shipped internationally will have shipping charges calculated AFTER
 placing your order and you will be contacted by e-mail with the shipping cost:

Canadian Purchases:
 $0-$49.99 = $8.99
$50-$99.00 = $10.99
$100-$149 = $12.99
$150-$199 = $14.99
 $200 + = FREE SHIPPING!

*Please note, shipping is calculated on sales BEFORE taxes have been added.
Shipping rates and FREE shipping do not apply to purchases outside of Canada.


We aim to send all stocked products within 5 business days.

If for some reason we are out of stock on your items,
we will get it ordered for you as soon as possible.
Arrival will depend on how quickly the company ships to us,
please keep in mind that some of the companies are in the U.S.
so shipping can sometimes be delayed by Customs.

We will contact you when your items have arrived and have been shipped to you.
All orders can be arranged for pickup as well from our
homefront location. Please make an appointment with us for
Saturdays between 10am - 5pm OR weekdays after 6pm.
If you wish to pick up your items you can indicate this in
the comments section upon checkout.

Shipping Insurance

If you would like shipping insurance please contact us upon submitting your order. 
We try our best to track your parcel when sent without insurance,
but are not responsible for lost items during shipping.

Returns

All products can be refunded in 14 days (minus shipping fees),
as long as they are returned in the original condition that you received them in.
Items may be exchanged or you can be given a store credit
and will have to cover shipping fees.

Faulty merchandise is normally returned to the manufacturer.
Most of the diaper companies have warranties on their products,
please check their websites or contact us if you require
any assistance and we would be happy to help you.
